NOTE TO DIVE OPERATORS **
Dedicated Dive Operations have a similar Extended Listing to the Resort sample shown below ... however, it is tailored to a dive business. For example, in addition to the photos, you are able to select from a range of dive logo affiliations, e.g. PADI, SSI, FDOA, etc. These are displayed on the right hand side, below the photos. Also, in the Rates section you are allowed two tables - one for Diving, and one for Dive Courses. Finally, the Amenities are customised and allow for such items as Photo Processing, Snorkel Gear Hire, Equipment Hire, etc. For more information, please email us.

Description
You may have up to 800 words of description for your property in this section. The description may include any information you feel would best describe your accommodations, features, location etc.
You may include up to six images as follows:
1 x main photo - 350 pixels wide, 250 pixels high, no greater than 25 Kb in size.
5 x smaller photos - each 120 pixels wide x 80 pixels high, preferably no greater than 3-5kb each.
The information you are able to include in an extended listing will give the traveller a much better idea of your property, its features, facilities in the area, etc., ensuring that any contacts you receive will be meaningful enquiries while at the same time giving your property an advantage over those without extended listings.
Please note that when a traveller makes any search on the site, properties with extended listings are automatically featured above those without extended listings.
Your listing, with its clean appearance and clear, concise layout of detail, will give you a professional on-line marketing presence, either as a stand-alone website for those without an existing website, or as an added presence for those who do.
Your full contact details may be shown on the listing, giving the enquirer the choice between emailing, phoning or writing to you. The 'Email Direct' link takes the traveller to a booking enquiry form, whereby they may send you their contact details, the number of travellers (adults/children), dates of travel (if known), and an enquiry message.
Your listing will be fully editable by you online - 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Your listing may also be printed out (by yourself or your enquirers) as a hard copy reference.

These 4 specials appear in this section, but are also included in the Specials Listing pages (links are found on the left-hand side bar), which are very popular with travellers and help drive traffic to your listing.
There are a number of Specials Listings from which you may choose, including ACCOMMODATION, BUDGET, ECO-ADVENTURE, DIVING, SURFING, HONEYMOONS, WEDDINGS, FAMILY, LUXURY and PACKAGE
The Specials increase your exposure on TravelMaxia providing you with maximum benefit.
You may include rates for up to five different accommodation types.
You may choose any currency type.
You may also enter in your cancellation policy, payment procedures (deposits etc), and conditions regarding your rates ... as shown in the samples below.

Conditions:
Rates shown above are per person/per night.
Rates include 10% Government tax (VAT).
Policies
We accept payment by cheque, bank cheque, or by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express).
Deposits
10% deposit required at time of making booking. Balance of payment is due one month before arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds
For cancellations up to 45 days before arrival, deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations 30-45 days before arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable only. For cancellations within 7-30 days before arrival, 80% of full payment is refunded. For cancellations between 1-6 days, 60% of full payment is refunded. No refunds are provided for 'no shows'.
